successor to two other management systems
written in the period 1998-2002..

BILSOFT ERP now has options to provide various types of monthly services to the client, such as Internet, TV, telephone, as well as servicing the entire process from registering a new customer, printing contract, control the services, keep track of payment history, and various technical and financial reports.

The main goal of the system is rooted in the creation of a single WEB interface for management, inquiries and monitoring of the various tasks in the company supplying monthly services, thereby speeding up the work and increasing the reliability of the provided services without requiring the constant intervention of a system administrator.
